Another prominent suite (42 m2) features a canopied colonial-style double bed, expansive dressing room, and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower area. Two additional double bedrooms each accommodate 2×2 beds, sharing a generously sized bathroom with a large shower. A spacious garden bedroom (40 m2) with a canopied colonial-style King bed, large dressing room, and extensive bathroom. All rooms provides direct access to a private garden with sea and sunset views.

An additional king bed garden bedroom (43 m2) with a canopied colonial-style bed features a very large bathroom with a spacious shower and a big window overlooking the private garden. There is also a double room with two single beds, offering garden views, ample natural light, a large bathroom, and a shared private small living room.

In addition to the main house, two individual apartments on the terrace offer distinct features. The first is a suite (65 m2) with a complete WC, large shower, spacious wardrobe, dining room for six people, an independent kitchen, a small living room with two large sofas, and a patio with great views. The second apartment (30 m2) includes a full WC, a large round shower integrated into the room, a closet, and spectacular views, featuring two beds of 1.90 x 1.05 m and a room with special charm.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes silverware for a minimum of 20 guests. Complete 3 connected living rooms, one of them integrated modern litchen, another with a big dinning room, and last one with two 3m sofas to enjoy the sunset with the outside terrace and, large central table for 20, with TV with cable. Huge patio with views of the sea porch and an outdoor dining table for 14 people. Next to the pool there are
different areas: a solarium with 1 hammocks nand 6 sunbathe, a porch/ dining area to enjoy lunch outside
and a closed room for washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor shower and gardens with spectacular views.
