You can reach the airport and Eivissa town in 25 minutes. To the closest town (San Josep de sa Talaia) it is about 5 mins drive. To the nearest supermarket, it is about 3 minutes’ drive. The plot is directly in a Forrestal area with beautiful walking and jogging/ mountain biking possibilities.
